A Truly Unforgettable Experience in Shams Hotel & Dive Centre ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a UX/CX expert, I have a deep appreciation for attention to detail and creating exceptional experiences, and Shams Hotel & Dive Centre in Dahab has done just that—twice. My wife, our dog August, and I visited for the second time, and while our first stay was already fantastic, this time they truly surpassed all expectations. From the moment I booked our stay, I was impressed. The team not only confirmed our reservation quickly but also took the time to let us know they remembered us, even recalling our dog’s name, August! They went above and beyond by reserving our favorite room, which left a lasting impression before we even set foot on the property. When we arrived, it felt like coming home. The staff was there to welcome us, making us feel valued from the very start. August, in particular, was treated like a member of their family—Mr. Ashraf and the team took such great care of him, even setting up a bed just for him and constantly checking in to make sure he was happy. They made such an effort that August didn’t want to leave! The check-in process was quick, friendly, and filled with good energy. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with three bags of goodies and water, a thoughtful gesture from Mr. Ashraf himself. Throughout our stay, the team continued to impress us with fantastic deals around Dahab, all arranged with a VIP touch but still at very competitive prices. You might expect that level of care to come at a premium, but Shams consistently offered great value. As we prepared to leave, the team surprised us again with a special gift, a beautiful reminder of the memorable time we had. It’s clear that Shams isn’t just about delivering a stay—it’s about creating a heartfelt connection with their guests. For anyone visiting Dahab, Shams Hotel & Dive Centre is the place to be.

Rafiki Oasis is an incredible new spot in Dahab that offers the perfect balance of serenity and fun. The place is brand new. The staff are super friendly and always eager to help, making you feel right at home. The vibe is chill and relaxing, ideal for unwinding, but there's also a great range of activities for travelers looking to explore and socialize. Highly recommend it!

The breakfast was really good, the hostel was very clean,I had a great stay, and we even had a barbecue on the rooftop at night, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended❤️
