I had a great time at the hostel. The staff was really nice and friendly. I loved the common area with the sofas, where you can chill and enjoy some quiet time after 11pm, and the kitchen was very well equipped too, including recycling bins. Breakfast had a variety of food and drinks -though there was no veggie milk. Plus, you get to do free daily work out as the hostel's on top of a hill 🤣 Great value for money!

Self serve check in was easy enough and pretty fun. Staff available to help via what’s app if needed and they assisted when we needed. Location was great - best part of Bilbao town.

The hostel is in the heart of casco viejo (old town) of Bilbao. Rooms, bathrooms and all areas are very clean and cozy, the staff is super easy and friendly.

Excellent service, the people at the reception were always nice and attentive and so were the waiters at the bar. I stayed here with a friend for a marathon and many other guests were there for the same reason so the atmosphere was excellent. Grrat facilities, amazing location and for a decent price. We will be staying here again in the futire

I've been travelling europe for one month and this is the best hostel I've been to. The people working there are literally amazing,very kind and helpful. The lady at the reception, the little girl and the cleaning lady all of them were so sweet and friendly. The price is really low for the services. The rooms are spacious and really clean. And the location is really convenient. They can help you with everything you're gonna need. Totally recommended!!! A must to visit

Great location in Bilbao. Yes, it's budget and the reception area would make you wonder about the rooms. But our room was excellent. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate, even stocked with soap, shower gel and shampoo. This was the same price as its pitching tents in a campsite, so no complaints at all. Exceeded our expectations.

The concept of capsule hotel is absolutely amazing. The equpiment of the capsules are outstanding, they are very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hostel is located in walking distance from all the major attractions in the city
