It’s very clean. The linen and towels all smelled freshly laundered. There was no musty smell. The hallway and room was neat and tidy. My mom was with me so the elevator was very convenient. It is along the hi-way and in a gated building with security guard, so it is safe. It is about 5 minutes by taxi to SM City Ecoland. Strong internet connection, too. Best of all are the staff/owner - they’re very kind, accommodating, and polite (salamat po ng marami, maam and sir. God bless you po.)

Self check in option and they are very responsive. Internet connection is fast and reliable. The room smells good. It also has kitchen appliances although we didn’t use it as our stay was short.
