Absolutely everything: it starts from one of the most generous hosts and their beautiful villa near a river where the rippling sound of the water makes you fall sleep. The hosts are the main gems here , everything was very clean , comfortable. The breakfast was top notch , I would not forget the homemade Zucchini bread by Katia. During my last days, I was relocated to a room which had even better view of the river and I could hear the sound of it all day. All the hikes I did there are absolutely memorable. I know for sure where to stay next time.

Very well equipped place, everything is brand-new and it looks even better on the pictures. What was particularly nice is the floor-heating which made the place very warm in a very cold winter week, so the comfort was at its max. Nusa is very welcoming host and knowledgeable about the area. The facilities are super complete, she thought about everything. Kropa is located in calm and beautiful valley, the hike from kropa to Radovljica or up to one of the certain hills are a must. We could imagine coming in back during a warmer season to explore the region better by bike.

Staying here felt like staying at home. Beds were cozy, spot was warm and the location was great. Andrey and his wife are both great, and the first hour I was there Andrey cooked up some food for us because the markets were closed. Also, they have an awesome dog called Karl whos definitely the best dog in town.

    The hosts were very helpful about activities in the area. It's nice that you can add a cheap breakfast (3€+coffee) to your booking and that you have the possibility to rent bikes at the hostel. The room was very basic but everyone has access to a well equipped kitchen. They have multiple clean bathrooms, so that it feels very private.

    1.Located in an uncrowded area. Hence, I can have a room for myself for a cheaper price. 2.Public transport. Near the train station (Lesce-Bled) and easy access to Bled lake/Bled main bus station and Lake Bohinj from the nearest bus stop (Lesce). 3.I like the hostel vibe. It's home to me. I really don't bother with the bell sound from the church because it is not all the time. Just let the window close, for lesser sound.

    Great location next to train station which is a 50 min train from Ljubljana. There’s a local bus for €1.60 which runs half hourly all day to bled or there’s a free hostel shuttle that runs at 10am and 6pm. Hostel provides great activities which I did the rafting (wasn’t that much fun) and the canyoning (was a lot of fun and super challenging in a good way too.

    Everything was really good. Hostel is surprisingly clean. Plenty of showers and toilets outside the rooms. Some comments mentioned the church bell tolling early in the morning but I did not hear it during my stay :) Breakfast is basic but cheap. A free shuttle bus between Bled and the hostel. I would stay there again.

    This is an older youth hostel, you won't find fancy facilities here. BUT it has charm, has the right quiet vibe, is spotlessly clean with good beds and plenty of luggage storage space, and the staff is wonderful. I also liked the shuttle to Lake Bled (en on 1 January morning) and the breakfast (only 3 euro). The area is perfect for walking, you can take the day and go around the like and then back to Lesce by foot which is beautiful.
