Great facilities, comfortable and private beds with space to put your things. lockers were very big which was great for backpacking. the staff were also really nice and at the time I booked they celebrated their anniversary so had free drinks and snacks. they also had a group chat and had a few events and social things going on basically every day.

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed in, much nicer than many of the budget hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so incredibly helpful, especially a young girl with blonde hair working Saturday 17th august day shift. Unfortunately we didn’t catch her name but she honestly made our trip in Zagreb, she gave recommendations and helped us with transport!

Location right in the center on Ilica was the only good thing I can say about this place. It's NOT a Hotel, that's why I probably had wrong expectations. It's more like a hostel, and the pictures they use for promotion are far from what I ecnountered. It looks more like a youth hostel with beer cans laying around. BUT if you know that from the beginning and go there as a backpacker you will probably have a great time.
