It’s a beautiful place on Paje beach with chill out vibe and the nicest people. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the managers Kim and Miro are funny and caring. Well maintained hostel. The kitchen is really good, I didn’t want to go to other places to eat.I keep extending my stay 😊Every night is happy hour with super cheap drinks.Far enough from noise and busy village but still walking distance ( 7-10min) Highly recommend. See you after my safari trip 😊

10/10 couldn’t fault a single thing! Great location close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Room cleaning offered on a daily basis. Mariam was the perfect host, offered us breakfast and dinner & drinks free of charge multiple times. I fell ill whilst staying here and the hospitality was better than anything I could’ve imagined she got me medicine, regularly checked in and monitored me.

I have never had a better experience staying in a hostel! The staff are truly exceptional. Muhamed and William are always available for anything you need, and I mean anything. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Everything at this stay was amazing!! The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food was amazing. Compared to all the other restaurant we tried in Zanzibar, this was by far the best!! Leonie was also very helpful and assisted us to get a scooter and gave recommendations on what we should try and got us assistance to organize our activities. I would definitely without a doubt recommend New Teddy's.

I stayed 2 nights at Coconuts Bandas which is such a lovely place right on the beach of Jambiani. Breakfast is served in the little restaurant that belongs to the accommodation with cozy sofas and great atmosphere.The breakfast was great with different options, i had lunch and dinner there as well, everything freshly homemade cooked with many vegan options. The staff was very friendly and gave me recommendations for the area plus they helped me to arrange a taxi. Wake up and take a long walk on the beach at sunrise, you will definitely enjoy this beautiful spot. Highly recommended:)
