Gorgeous property!! Like a tropical paradise. We were only here two nights but wished we could stay longer. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay at Kano Villas. The pool and rooms were beautiful and always spotless, staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. Close enough to walk to the beach too. Would happily come back.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Alexandra with the biggest smile, instantly making us feel at home. She was so warm and kind, and that energy carried through the entire staff—every single person we encountered was amazing. What really stood out was the presence of the owners, personally walking around, chatting with guests, and making sure everyone was happy and cared for. That level of attention gave the whole stay such a special and personal touch. The location and hotel itself are absolutely stunning—a true little piece of heaven. The design is beautiful, the facilities are top tier, and everything feels thought-out to perfection. And the food? Simply incredible! So fresh, high-end, and absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the Carbonara—it was outstanding. We stayed for five magical days, and leaving was truly bittersweet. But one thing is for sure: we will definitely be back! If you’re considering where to stay in Paje, do yourself a favor and book Lujo—you won’t regret it.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! We spent part of our honeymoon at Zula Zanzibar in Paje, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so kind, genuine, and always smiling. They truly cared about making our stay special, and you can feel the love they put into every detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate, making it the ideal place for couples. The food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced. We tried several dishes during our stay, and every single one was excellent. A special mention goes to the spa. We booked a couples massage, and it was honestly one of the best massages we have ever had. The therapists were highly professional, the setting was relaxing, and it was the perfect experience during our honeymoon. The service throughout the hotel was simply outstanding. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. It's rare to find such warm hospitality. Considering the quality of the rooms, the food, the spa, and the exceptional service, the value for money is unbelievable. Zula offers a luxury experience at a very fair price. Thank you to the entire Zula team for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

The property is beautiful and peaceful. You have shade if you like or sun. The trees, plants and flowers are lovely. It’s quiet but close to everything (walking distance).

It is the second time we stay at Mahali and for sure we wll be back. Location is just perfect by the beach, hotel facilities all at hand, good sun beds to relax, staff is very friendly and will assist in any needs. We have booked all our taxis and activities directly with the hotel which made our lives much easier. The restaurant by the beach is also very nice to enjoy at the end of the day listening to live music.

The vibes were really simple, clean, pleasant to be there. Small property but such a diverse place! Malon, Josie and Lu were the kindest, friendliest people I’ve met in a hotel.

Clean beautiful serene place. We had the sea view room and you can see the ocean from our front porch. Spacious and clean compound with an amazing pool. By far better than most places near by. Had most of the food from their menu and everything was delicious. It was my birthday and my wife surprised me with a happy singing party from the staff. They made my day! So humble and smiling always.

Our team spent 3 nights at the Hotel, the staff were so caring and welcoming, the food was really great. The place is just by the beach and a few metres away from Paje town. You can easily plan your activities within Zanzibar here since it is such a great location.

Ohhh the staffing team was amazing! I was confused at first before the explation since there two hotel side to side. Initially i was thinking that i booked at the hotel in the beach front but it was different. After clarification and asking to offer the Ananda hotel next day, i was so pleased with that consideration. Even though the next morning, i found Casa Ananda was best choice for me to day. Very quiet and less crowded. You will still have access to Ananda Hotel and enjoy everything.

The property was tastefully decorated. The staff were super amazing and helpful. Thank you Tom!! The hotel is very close to the beach (less than 10 min walk) and the staff will happily take you on the beach buggy there if tired to walk. The gym is nice. The breakfast was great.

Summer Beach is an excellent hotel as the reviews suggest. Clean rooms, excellent service, excellent breakfast, beach front swimming access, excellent value for money.

Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff did their best to satisfy our requests. The management and staff went our of their way to make sure our needs were attended to. One of our members became unwell and they called the doctor/ambulance/hospital for assistance.

The staff here are amazing, so friendly/kind!!! Shoutout to Max at reception who was just so cool!! There was another gentleman who sometimes at reception with him but I never got his name. They both were so lovely! The pool was a lifesaver because the beach has no natural shade and didn't see anyone renting umbrellas/chairs so you could only stay there for short periods of time. The activities the hotel offered was a nice touch. My friend and I did the salsa lesson and it was actually well attended and the instructor did a great job. Enjoyed the breakfast options and my room ("family room"- was all that was available but found the extra space and bigger balcony nice). Also nice that there was a sink on the balcony to rinse my swimsuit or hand wash anything I wanted to. Just an overall great experience. Lighting in the bathroom was also great for doing makeup. A full length mirror and some hooks to hang purse, sweaters ,etc would be really great additions. Thank you!
