Only a few steps from the lakeside promenade, the Youth Hostel Montreux can be found 400 metres south of the Montreux-Territet Train and Funicular Station. A great place to stay. Everything is of a high standard. Superb location. The staff are very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable bed. A good breakfast is served.

Opened in February 2017, Nyon Hostel is located in Nyon, 22 km from Geneva and 34 km from Lausanne. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. Clean and organized room. Nyon Hostel was my first introduction to Swiss Hostel policies on putting your bed sheets which is great. Sharing toilet is state of the art. It’s like going to a membership gym washroom and has its own wall hair dryer which is fantastic. The staff are all great! They explained the check-in process very well. They had a free storage locker area downstairs which is helpful because I usually go out and explore around the area before the actual check in time.
