This is a fantastic place, because it is so quiet and peaceful. It is located slightly outside of the city center, in a residential area, and thus you're outside of the tourist bustle. You shop like a local, you eat like a local, and everyone around you is super nice. And if you want to feel the touristy vibe of the town it is just 15 mins walking distance away and quite a pleasant stroll. The hosts, Cecilia y Carlos, are super friendly, modest and extremely helpful, they try their best to make your stay smooth and pleasant. There are only three rooms in the hostal which makes it very cozy. There's a lot of outside space for sitting and enjoying oneself dedicated to the guests. There is also a fully equipped common kitchen where you can cook if need be. The room is spacious, with comfy beds, good quality bathroom and very clean. A lovely cat guards the compound so be prepared to share some kitty snacks!

Located 500 metres from the town centre of San Pedro de Atacama, Hotel Anpaymi Atacama offers accommodations in the commune of Lickancabur. We had an amazing stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and the property was kept sparkling clean. Our room was nice and warm and they had electric blankets on the bed for us. The location is great it’s about a 7/8 minute walk from the main Street. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Very good value for money. Location a bit out of town, car or bike is handy. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Would recommend.

Señora Elvíra was amazing and her banana pancakes are to die for. We really enjoyed our stay at the place. They even prepared b'day surprise for one of our crew members, it was so sweet. Featuring a new and convenient location only a 5-minute walk from the bus station and a 10-minute walk from the town centre, Hostal Campo Base offers accommodations in San Pedro de Atacama. That was the best choice in my life. Rodriguo is super friendly, helpful and trustworth man! His every advise is like the tips&trics from your best friend. Before I came to campo base he has contacted me without asking and left with the most important informations about how to get here and how to get a chilian pesos. All excursions recomended by Rodriguo was worth to visit, especially Bolivia trip. Breakfests are super nice! Fresh egg or omlets, Fresh fruits are the only part of that dish. Its very clean and atmosphere is super nice. Thank you for staying in Campo Base. That was real pleasure!
