Stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The place is new, modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful little touches. Huge shoutout to the cleaning crew and the front desk staff — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. This was my first-ever hostel stay — straight off my bucket list — and multiple seasoned hostel travellers told me I was very lucky with my first choice. Would definitely come back!

I had a very good experience at Kin Camping. The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. The camping was very clean, and the kitchen great. The atmosphere of the camping is relaxed and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent — you can easily reach the Tulum ruins and nearby cenotes by bike, and downtown is just a short walk away. The bikes for rent are quite affordable; they could be in slightly better condition, but they still got us everywhere we wanted to go. One of the highlights was the Happy Hour at the bar, which created a great atmosphere to relax and connect with other travelers. We also loved the Movie Night. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hostel to others.

Ukayil está em Bacalar. Neste hostel, cada quarto tem banheiro privativo com chuveiro. O Aeroporto de Aeroporto Internacional de Chetumal fica a 34 km da acomodação. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, nice extra touches like coffee, water and a small fridge, walking distance to everything you need. Would definitely recommend Ukayil!

O recepcionista “Alexis” nos recebeu muito bem , e foi super solícito no checkout e nos ajudou com as malas até o nosso Táxi! Pra quem opta por café da manhã, é excelente e vale a pena . O quarto privativo onde ficamos , extremamente bom ! Adoramos !

A cama era confortável, luz interna direcional, espaço ok para armazenar pertences, cortina. A localização é excelente, em área central, próximo a bares, restaurantes, terminal rodoviário.
