Big 2 bedrooms apartment - 120m2 with view on golf course and sea in Al Hamra, Ras al Khaimah.
Byt se nachází ve druhém patře vesnice Al Hamra, která je asi 45 minut od Dubaje. Apartmán poskytuje výhled na golfové hřiště a částečně na moře a pláž.
Prostor
Nedávno zrekonstruovaný 2br apartmán (2 ložnice, 1 obývací pokoj, 2 koupelny, 1 toliet pokoj, 1 kuchyň, 2 balkony).
V bytě najdete jednu manželskou postel velikosti King v hlavní ložnici, velkou postel ve druhé ložnici a v obývacím pokoji rozkládací sedátko. Byt je k dispozici pro maximálně 6 osob. K dispozici jsou také dvě koupelny, jedna s vanou a druhá se sprchovým koutem, obě mají toaletu. Pro příjemný pobyt můžeš také najít mikrovlnnou troubu, plynový sporák, Nespresso, lednici, pračku, toustovač, rychlovarnou konvici, fén a ručníky. V obývacím pokoji je SAT, DVD rekordér a 32 palců,bezplatný vysokorychlostní internet bez datového limitu, IP TV. Velký balkon má venkovní posezení a na balkonech je k dispozici kouření.
