Location, staff, big room. I have been staying in Le Wana hotel several times. This time they upgraded for free the room to the executive, which was a really good surprise. I will definitely go back

K-Hotel location is great, closer shopping Malls, Alghurir and Alreef and Ansar Galary, many restaurants and Hyper and Supermarkets. for transportation, Metro Union and Salah-eldin stations just behind, as well as Bus station on both sides, rooms are very clean and services is excellent , Hotel staff friendly and supportive welocme, I would like to Thanks Mr. Saidur receptionist and Mr. Kazim for the assistance and cooperative.

it was ok but they were not changing bed sheets I slept in bedsheets for 3 days

Location is very good it’s few minutes from the metro station

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were friendly and super-helpful: for example providing glue stick for my letter stamps, and providing comprehensive answers to my queries about eating out and reputable electrical appliance retailers nearby. Buffet service was top quality as was house keeping.
