Studio Apartments located in the Center of Tirana. Near of some of the most famous and interesting places to visit. Fully furnished, very good condition, newly invested. Very nice and stylish interior design.

The neighbourhood is called 9 Katshet (the 9 Floors). Took this name because is a Ladmark, the first Residential Complex built in this area. The first row of buildings near the main square of Tirana “Skenderbeg”.
