Situation: detached position, altitude 1700 m, panoramic view. Access/parking: gravel road, approx. 6 km. car park approx. 6 km. Access to the house by funicular. Ski-run access to the house. Estate: Another holiday home on the estate. Important information: The chalets are located a little beneath the „Trinkeralm“ and can only be accessed via the ski lifts Forstau-Trinkeralm (in operation from December 21 onwards) followed by a short ski-run. Please note that the final ascent is daily at 3:30 pm. The landlord will transport your luggage by snowmobile. Transport of groceries on demand. The ski lifts will be in use from December 21 onward. Before this date, the chalets can be reached via a gravel path or the landlord will take you there. ● Distances: Center Forstau in approx. 11 km. Radstadt in approx. 12.5 km. Schladming in approx. 12 km. Wellness in approx. 16 km (Alpentherme Altenmarkt). Golf course Radstadt (27-hole golf course) in approx. 13 km. Ski run Piste in approx. 10 m. Ski bus stop (free shuttle bus) in approx. 11 km (Reiteralm).
