Het huis is erg ruim, schoon en sfeervol, de eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij. Er was genoeg ruimte om comfortabel te verblijven met 8 volwassenen en een kind. Het liftstation van de choralmbahn is op loopafstand, klein stukje heuvel op maar goed te doen.
