We try to distinguish ourselves from the offers of accommodation in this region In terms of Comfort, we have endeavored to offer our guests besides a warm and friendly atmosphere, a plus of quality, adopting many standards of superior Comfort available only in 4 and 5 stars resorts: For example, we have opted for the best quality modern furniture, 160 cm wide double beds, fitted with super-comfortable orthopedic mattresses. The entire villa is carpeted and the bedrooms in particular offer spoil for feet and maximum comfort through the floor covered with thick carpeting installed over a layer of underlay

The accommodation is in a completely refurbished villa that preserves the area's style and architecture. The pension can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for group holidays. Accommodation is made in 4 newly furnished bedrooms set for double occupancy. There are 3 fully-equipped bathrooms plus 2 other toilets, a kitchen, and a big living room. The 4 rooms of the guest house have been individually decorated, furnished, equipped, and designed to meet the different tastes and needs of the guests. The minimum rent is for 2 bedrooms. The rental cost is calculated based on the number of bedrooms booked and not the number of persons. For example: by default, 4 persons will be accommodated in 2 separate bedrooms; 5 or 6 persons will be accommodated in 3 separate bedrooms; 7 or 8 persons will be accommodated in all 4 bedrooms. The rental is designed for double occupancy per bedroom. However, if guests wish to use (and rent) an extra room, when booking on the platform, the number of persons must be increased accordingly to connect the price calculation with the number of rooms rented. For example: if 4 persons wish to rent 3 rooms, a number of 5 guests should be selected.
