the property is a 3 floor villa with 3 separate apartments. the rooms are newly furnished with modern way. very cozy and stylish. kitchen and living room is fully equipped as someone wished. A new dinning for 6 persons is stored. Inside the house is completely non smoking. In front of the house in garden is sitting arrangement for guests where the can sit for chat, drink and smoking. we have free private parking for guests and street parking in our area is free as well.
The host is very well organized and and expert in house keeping and inner designing. The guests can have a informatic and knowledgeable talk with host, and get some useful tips to explore the real beauty of Salzburg.
The property is located at a very peaceful area. there is enough free parking on streets. there are different bus lines for traveling everywhere in Salzburg. bus stop is just beside the property, just 1 minute walk. supermarkets, bars or restaurants are just 5 minutes by walk. all famous Salzburg city tourist attractions are just few minutes away. e.g Mirabel garden, Mozart's birth house, parks and Salzach river...
