Birch Apartments is a collection of individual apartments located within the Manhattan on the Park complex. Though there is no reception desk on the premises, Birch Apartments staff are available at all times to assist.
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
One complimentary secure parking space is included per reservation. Additional spaces are subject to availability and a fee of $20 per space per day.
Please note that for extended stays a complimentary weekly cleaning service is included.
