Hi, I am Jenny! Myself and my young family made the Byron shire our home in January 2020, after emigrating from the UK and we LOVE it. I set up Ocean Vibes Property Management 12 months ago and manage an array of places in the Northern Rivers for my lovely owners. Living locally means I can be a 'hands-on' host if needed and can offer lots of great tips for exploring the local area. We love to travel and love the great outdoors, especially the Ocean. Our love for the sea has taken us all over the world as Scuba diving Instructors and we are so blessed to have had those experiences. I love to go for long runs, do Yoga with my friends and am currently learning to surf along with my 3 children! I have over 5 years of experience in property management and hosting, and just recently set up my own hosting business in the area - Ocean Vibes Property Management. My Partner is the local handyman and plumber and so he is on hand if any issues arise during your stay. BRUNSWICK HIDEAWAY Situated in the heart of our Idyllic coastal village, you cannot beat the location! A short stroll to all the boutique cafes & shops & of course not forgetting the stunning river and beaches. Although central, it’s tucked away with plenty of privacy and has its own private outdoor relaxation area, adorned with plants & flowers. Spanning 2 floors, and sleeping up to 6, it would suit a family or group of friends wishing to enjoy all Bruns has to offer & the delights of Byron Shire & beyond. Enter through a main gate off of one of Brunswick Heads' main streets and into the private patio area. Once inside, you are greeted with a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, stunning island, perfect for breakfast. Dining table with seating for 6 guests and a comfy lounge area with sofa and day bed. KITCHEN Bean to cup Breville coffee maker, dishwasher, all cooking necessities and oven make for an easy stay If you wish to dine at home. If not, there is an abundance of eateries and cafes to choose from, right on your doorstep! Downstairs shower room and toilet. Upstairs Coming off the upstairs hallway to the right, there are 2 separate, good-sized Queen bedrooms both with ample storage. To the left and down 2 steps, there is an extra lounge area and 2nd bathroom. This lounge area has a smart TV and comfy sofa. There is also a blow up mattress for use. The sofa can be slept on also. This area maybe best suited to kids. If booking for 6 guests then doona and bedding will be provided for the mattress and sofa Please note that this second upstairs lounge area is not closed off and you must walk through it to reach the upstairs bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms have their own hallway , separate from the upstairs lounge. An AC unit positioned upstairs, cools or heats the entire house. All quality linen, towels & eco toiletries are provided. Outside Decked patio area with seating. space for bikes, boards and clothesline around the side.
