Renaissance is a centrally-located apartment complex in Manuka, close to the Manuka and Kingston shops, giving guests plenty of options for cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops. The complex is a short e-scooter or uber away from multiple Government offices and the Parliamentary triangle and close to a range of parks, galleries and museums. Public transport is also found nearby opening up access to the Canberra Civic centre using the new MyWay+ App. The apartment complex has only recently been completed and includes an on-site gym, games room and car parking (on request). The complex has internal elevators making access a breeze. The apartment is fully furnished for the business or leisure traveller and has a sunny east-facing patio, ideal for a morning coffee or to plan a day of activities.
We are relatively new to Canberra, where we have found a home that suits our lifestyle. We have a love of great food and wine and enjoy doing a range of interesting activities that we can take at our own pace. Canberra has all this and more, with great restaurants and wineries in the region, and some of the best museums, galleries and seasonal activities to keep us entertained. We hope that our guests find the same pleasure during their stay, whether for business or leisure.
The local Manuka shops (a short walk across Captain Cook Crescent) provide guests with boutique shopping, restaurants and cafes, and options for groceries for the home cook. For the night owl, the unit is a short walk to the well known Kingston Hotel (bookings recommended) and several other bars at the Manuka shops. Manuka Oval, also in walking distance, has several sporting events over the year and we recommend early bookings to guarantee your stay. For more active guests, the apartment is very close to the historic Manuka public pool (open October to March) and several parks.
