    Clean room, had electric blankets for bedding, while it's a small place it fit many things which was impressive (everything that I needed and more), heaters in the bathroom were great too and there were two TVs in separate rooms.

    The apartment is just about perfect, with an excellent kitchen. The olive oil was a brilliant step up from the usual salt and pepper! Thank you!! As l don't fry anything, having a steamer pot insert would be a nice addition :)

Company info

We bought this great little property on 24th November 2017 and we have been flat out ever since. We have updated, upgraded and upsized lots and lots of things but we have retained the great location (durr!), the large sized rooms and our sense of humour! We love meeting people of all backgrounds, languages, cultures and interests and hearing your stories. We try and be sensitive to your needs and we will always listen to your feedback. We love doing what we can to make sure you're having a good time and enjoying your stay whether for work or fun and we absolutely love welcoming you back again and again.

Property info

We love being so central and yet so quiet and we absolutely love being so close to Warrnambool's wonderful Botanic Gardens. We offer a high standard of accommodation and strive to exceed expectations. Our guests love the location and the generous proportions of the rooms. Our families love the outdoor space and being off the main road and our business guests love the 24 hour self-check-in which allows them to arrive at a time that suits them.

Neighborhood info

Our location is simply put - excellent. Our apartments are in a very quiet, safe area, with the Botanic Gardens and Aquazone Swimming pool only a block away. Woolworths supermarket is just across the main road at the end of the street and the great shopping and cafes of Liebig Street are a 7 minute walk. Sand, sea and surf are all a 5 minute drive away at beautiful Lady Bay beach: watch racehorses train on the sand or coo at the fairy penguins on Middle Island. Hopkins River & whale watching is near too. We are in the immediate vicinity of St. John of God Hospital where quite a few of our guests have appointments. It is also easy to get to the train station. We have enough parking spots for all the apartments and there is also lots of parking available on King Street. We are near the indoor tennis center. We back on to Warrnambool Primary School and we are less than a kilometer from St Josephs school and Emmanuel College. We are a pleasant 20 minute drive from Port Fairy and lots of our weekend guest are enjoying the Great Ocean Road road trip. We welcome both international visitors and those visiting from other regional towns and cities in Australia.
