Best view from the dining room, like having our own Twelve Apostle for ourselves. Nice kitchen, lounge, beds. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a night, needs a few nights to enjoy the whole house.

Aside from its great proximity to the Great Ocean Road attractions, the customer service was excellent. We informed Sarah that we would be checking in late, and since the front desk closes at 6 PM, she thoughtfully arranged our key in an envelope together with a Great Ocean Road map for us. We met her the next morning upon check-out, and she was very warm and welcoming. Even days after our stay, when I requested an invoice, she provided it almost immediately. We truly appreciated her responsiveness and thoughtful service. Thank you, Sarah, for making our stay such a pleasant experience!

Rooms were just as advertised and so clean. Staff were all so helpful and welcoming. Bed was extremely comfy and location is perfect if doing the great ocean road.

Do your homework on places closed for the winter break, or places not open at all. We used the general store as well as the Licenced Grocers. Great staff everywhere. Easy access to Great Ocean Road attractions. We spent a lot of time at our rental as well, as it was a getaway with visitors from New Zealand.

Don't let the small hamlet atmosphere fool you - there's a lot to do and see in Peterborough. I mean, what a location! Wild beaches and protected bays, at the mouth of the Curdies River and a freshwater lake. There's lots of wonderful places to stay - we stayed at the Seahorse Villas and it was perfect - location, facilities, booking etc. The locals are so nice and the food is delicious, But the location - the golf course is spectacular, the coastline is spectacular. Peterborough really packs a punch while retaining its quiet, sunny, beach town vibe.

Close to Great Ocean Road attractions, but Peterborough has...

Close to Great Ocean Road attractions, but Peterborough has little in the way of food and dining options. We had to drive 15mins back to Port Campbell to have dinner and breakfast. Would be fine if you plan to self cater in accommodation with a kitchen. Very nice scenery.

Peterborough is a lovely smaller town which takes you away...

Peterborough is a lovely smaller town which takes you away from the hussell and bussell of busy Port Campbell, but still being within 12 kilometres for easy visiting. The beach is beautiful and very accessable and the views are breath taking where ever you go along the Bay of Islands Coastal Park.

Peterborough was good for a central location for visiting...

Peterborough was good for a central location for visiting other places within 90 minutes. It was a nice quiet place. We enjoyed our hotel / inn meal on the day we arrived. It would have been good to have a few other eating options but Port Campbell was not too far away. Nice quiet place to visit and get away from the crowds.

Large house, perfect for 4 single woman, we each had a bedroom! Peterborough is a great place to stay, as it’s so close to Port Campbell. We paid a VERY good price, and the place was also very clean inside. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Pet friendly by request. Owners excellent communicators.

Nice and clean bedroom with good bed and linen. Also bathroom looks new and it’s clean. Living room is a real room, not just a corner, and nice sofa and others. Very near Great Ocean Drive and western top-spots.
