Brand new whole apartment painting was done in June 2024. This apartment located on level 7 is not facing the roads and has no road noise. 2 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, and 1 free parking with a balcony offering guests a generous internal space of 70sqm (total 85sqm) with views over the Concourse and Chatswood CBD. Features include two carpeted bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, a study desk, a washer/dryer and a separate lounge area. A few mins walk to the train station, restaurants and Westfield and Chase shopping centres.
This apartment is centrally located at Chatswood Civic Square in Chatswood CBD. Next to Chatswood Library, the Concourse and major stores. Westfield and Chase shopping centres, restaurants, cafes and bars are all within a few minutes walk. The Sydney CBD is 15 minutes drive away. Private parking is provided.
