We look forward to welcoming you to our private apartments in Diamond Beach Resort. Please be sure to either email, call or text us with an approximate arrival time. We please ask if you can come to our office to pick up the keys before heading to Diamond Beach, located in Montego Sands Resort, 21 Peerless Ave, Mermaid Beach (about a 2 min drive from Diamond). Generally someone in the office, however it is best to let us know your arrival time so we can give you our after hours details if needed. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

The Resort features tropical gardens surrounding 2 lagoon pools, (1 heated and 1 not heated), a children's wading pool with a mushroom waterfall and a squirting worm, an outdoor spa and under cover hot rock spa, with free barbecues around the pool area and a children's playground.

Broadbeach is a great family destination. The apartment is walking distance to Broadbeach's cafés & restaurants, shopping precincts such as Pacific Fair & Oasis Shopping Centres,The Star Casino and The Gold Coast Convention Centre. Our local patrolled beach is just a stone throw away, while the theme parks are just a short drive. There are great travel options, such as the light rail (tram), buses, taxis, Ubers, and rental car options.
