Location of the hotel was perfect since it was across the street from tram station. Therefore you could easily get anywhere in the city. The beautiful pool was the main reason I reserved the hotel since Melbourne was having a heat wave during our stay. So all the other features (helpful and friendly staff at check in, beautiful 2 room suite, soak tub, quiet rooms, etc.) were an unexpected bonus!
