Cancelations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a nonrefundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancelations made within 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable.

Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.

If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

The accommodations is not responsible for cancelations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancelations will be governed by the property's standard cancellation policy.
