Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river at 74A, kindly proceed to our office for the check-in process.

Please inform Orange Stay at Collins Wharf in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Our reception is open only during limited hours of 9am to 5pm daily.

For arrivals after hours, a lock box service is available free of charge with adequate photo ID and credit card provided prior to arrival.

Please note that personal late check-in carries the following extra charges:

- From 18:00 to 22:00 (AUD $50); After 22:00 (AUD $100).
