This comfortable, air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa is well-appointed. After exploring the sights, unwind by the Osprey Holiday Village pool. Enjoy the beautiful weather and have a barbeque in the undercover patio area or walk to the restaurants in town. The villa sleeps 6 guests, provides access to Wi-Fi and is ideal for your next marine adventure to the Ningaloo Reef. Downstairs: Open plan living and dining area with dining suite, lounges and a TV. Kitchen is equipped with a halogen cooktop, a large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 with Queen sized bed. Bedroom 2 with Queen sized bed. Family bathroom with shower and bath (Please note that spa jets are not functional. This is a bath only) Full laundry. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open style loft area with two Single beds. Outdoors: Parking space for your car and the boat. Built-in barbeque and outside dining setting in the undercover patio area is delightful for entertaining and alfresco meals. External bathroom where you can wash off the sand from the amazing day out on the beach. Communal pool for the Osprey Holiday Village complex.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle by walking to shops and eateries. Exmouth is the ideal location for a leisurely stroll or bicycle ride. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required in advance. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. The taxi service caters for general transport needs, however a visit to the scenic Cape Range N.P and the many beautiful beaches will require a private vehicle or joining a day tour. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year; we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, as early as possible to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes, and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
