The chefs daily changing menu is inspired by the natural surroundings of Long Island and the Whitsundays, using the freshest seasonal produce sourced from the Island’s own vegetable garden and from nearby surrounding farming regions. Fresh prawns, Moreton Bay bugs and tropical rock lobsters are just some of local delicacies sourced from local fisherman or suppliers. The day spa at Elysian Retreat is committed to sustainable and holistic practices and uses high quality organic, botanical and wildcrafted ingredients for treatments. The expert therapists align therapeutic and luxurious treatments to suit each guest. Treatments include whole body skin therapies, massage, facials and reflexology. The retreat features inclusions such as 3 gourmet meals daily.
