Enjoy the stunning unobstructed views of the Surfers Paradise magnificent beaches and rolling waves from the comfort of this well-appointed beachfront apartment. Spacious and panoramic living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a Queen bed and door to Ocean front balcony This very comfortable unit has full ocean views down the Esplanade and a bird’s eye view of the surfing conditions. The beach is a couple of minutes’ walk away, as are shops, clubs and a huge range of fab restaurants. Surfers Paradise says it all! Privacy is assured in this pure Gold Coast experience. We do not accept schoolies.  Stunning Views from the 21st Floor  1 private car park space in garage  Spacious 125 sq m. private apartment all to yourself  Split Level air conditioning in the Bedrooms  Ceiling fans in all rooms  Sleeps 4 people + a small child  Open Living & Dining Area  Free access to all the Resort Facilites – pools, gym, sauna, tennis, BBQ…  2 minutes walk to the Beach  200 metres stroll to Cavill Avenue  Gold Coast Light Rail G:Link 3 mins walk.

Treasure hunters, bargain spotters and after-dinner strollers make their way along this coastal stretch of more than 100 market stalls while live entertainers set the mood. The Gold Coast is also home to many Theme parks, and is known for the wild rides and screaming coasters of Dreamworld and Movie World, as well as splashtastic waterparks such as White Water World and Wet’ n’Wild.
