Located walking distance to the CBD, Parkville Hospital precinct and the Melbourne University. Perfect facility for those looking for an extended stay or a home away from home.

On the CBD fringe - easy walking distance or a short tram ride to the heart of the CBD. 500 Meters from lively Erroll St with a range of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. A short walk to Royal park which features great running tracks, exercise equipment and play grounds. The Queen Victoria Market is just 800 meters away.
