GCLR manages privately owned apartments within the Soul Surfers Paradise resort. These apartments offer uninterrupted views of the ocean and access to the resort facilities. Ideally located on the famous Esplanade in Surfers Paradise, the Soul boasts an outdoor swimming podium overlooking the beach, a 25 metre heated indoor pool, tropical gardens and gym. Soul is based right in the heart of Surfers Paradise with activities, shopping and dining which will leave you satisfied every time. Please note that we require a security deposit on arrival, and the amount differs depending on the size of the apartment. 2 Bedroom Apartments: 250AUD security deposit. 3 Bedroom Apartments: 500AUD security deposit. 4 Bedroom Sub-Penthouses: 2000AUD security deposit.
