No Local Guests: We regret to inform that residents of the Ballarat area (defined as those with a home address within a 16 mi radius of Ballarat) are not permitted to book or stay overnight at this hotel.
Proof of Residence: Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide a valid photo ID that includes a current residential address. This is to confirm the guest’s eligibility to stay under this policy.
Enforcement: In cases where a guest is found to have misrepresented their address or eligibility, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund and ask the guest to vacate the premises.
