New fully renovated. Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining with wrap around balcony facing northwest, attracting the sun all year round. 2 stunning bathrooms with rose gold fittings. Whitewashed floorboards throughout, painted in neutral colours creating a natural summer relaxed feel. The mood lighting enhances the night view/ambience of the apartment. State of the art kitchen, marble benchtop, fabulous breakfast bar. Panoramic views of the City, Harbour Bridge, Sydney Harbour, Kings Cross. I am a property stylist and have decorated my apartment, with my favourite pieces. The new renovation is stunning with a very light neutral feel with pops of colour and very eclectic interesting furnishings and art pieces. I'm away most of the year, so all personal items are removed leaving you all of the drawer and wardrobe space. Enjoy a drink on the balcony, white pebble stone flooring, beautiful oversized pots with greenery and subtle lighting for the evenings .. great for entertaining. Shared pool, sauna and spa. Fabulous in Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter with the sun streaming through the glass doors into the living room all day and sun in the bedrooms all afternoon.

A Property Stylist for 15 years, business sold and since been travelling the world (when possible) as well as managing my 2 x designer apartment in Woolloomooloo, 15 minutes walk through our Botanical Gardens to the city centre. Love love love what I do, basically creating a beautiful space for visitors to Sydney to enjoy and be completely relaxed in, surrounded by the coolest parts of Sydney - shops, restaurants, bars and parks. Travelling now is my passion and if not there to greet you I will make sure you are well looked after. When in Sydney I make the most of the city culture and events. Into my fitness and can pass on best gyms, yoga, pilates and runs for those of that are active!

Woolloomooloo, New South Wales, Australia The surrounding area is definitely the coolest part to be in Sydney - Potts Point, Surry Hills, Crown Street, Darlinghurst all within walking distance. I give a couple of suggested places to go and good eateries close by in a detailed manual sent to you on booking and at the property. Getting around Very close to public transport. The main street William Street is one block away from buses and taxis. Trains from Kings Cross and ferries from Circular Quay - 5 mins in a taxi. A list of transport recommended services will be supplied on request.
