The Whitsunday Vista Resort offers spa suites and apartments featuring private balcony views of the Coral Sea and Whitsunday Islands. Airlie Beach's town center is just a 5-minute walk away. Free private parking is available. All air-conditioned apartments at Whitsunday Vista are bright and have large windows and ceiling fans. All include a kitchen or kitchenette, laundry facilities and designer toiletries. Guests can relax in the Whitsunday Vista Resort's outdoor swimming pool in the outdoor BBQ area. There is a tour desk which can arrange boating excursions. The on-site restaurant offers dinner and guests can enjoy a drink at the venue. Boathaven Bay and the Port of Airlie are located opposite the resort.

A bus pick-up point at the front of the hotel gives easy access to both Shute Harbour Ferry Terminal and Abel Point Marina, from where dozens of boat trips depart every day for the islands and reef.
