Premium Centar u strogom centru grada je novi objekat koji je opremljen i sagradjen u 2023.god. Svaka prostorija ima svoj klima uredjaj. Svi jastuci i madraci su luksuzni, od memorijske pjene. Apartman sadrzi krevetac za dijete do 7 godina i lux fotelju na izvlačenje. Parking je obezbedjen pod rampom. Kuhinja sadrzi kompletan kuhinjski pribor i posudje za kuhanje i pripremu hrane. Odmah pored apartmana se nalazi market, mesnice i pekare sa gotovom hranom po pristupacnim cijenama.
