The staff was super friendly and gave very clear instructions on how to use the door key and facilities in the room. The room itself was very clean. Although you can see the train tracks from the window, there was no noise inside the room. Location wise, very convenient for going in or out of the City center of Gent.

Very close to the train station. Friendly staff. Nice size rooms. Easy access to all that Ghent has to offer. Jump in a tram or bus and you get anyplace you want to go. They have a nice outdoor terrace to in back (see photo) to watch the trains come and go. They also have a bar.

The hotel is located very close to the St Pieter station, so if you arrive by train it's very convenient. There are also several bus and tram stops to the town center nearby (although it's just a 30-min walk to the historical center). The staff was nice and welcoming. The room was very nice, with a decent size, and the shower room was small but clean and convenient. Comfy beds. Overall, convenient, clean and well located, perfect if you intend to use the hotel only for sleeping and spend the rest of the day around town.

This hotel is just around the corner from the Gent-Sint-Pieters Train Station and tram to city centre. The owner is fantastic - friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome! He gave us directions to walk to city centre (around 30 minute walk or a quick tram ride) and highlights of Ghent to see. We loved the charm and architecture of the building. The value was good.

It was just a few steps from the train station. The street the hotel is located to is amazing, loved the architecture and the whole vibe. It was located 30 minutes walking distance from the city centre.

Hotel is a in great location, just down the street from the train station, and the tram stop is right outside the station. Nr. 1 takes you to the historic downtown. Hotel owner was accommodating when we arrived early and he let us take our luggage up to the room. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast is supplemental and optional.

This hotel has an excellent location, just a few feet from the train station and across the street from the tram and bus stops. The staff is friendly and caring. You can tell they care about your comfort and appreciate your stay. Upon arrival they quickly took the luggage to my room and was shown all the amenities they offered.
