Absolutely everything. Fantastic, helpful and welcoming staff. We were upgraded to Presidential suite upon arrival. The room was spacious and very comfortable room with a wonderful view on the main canal. We had a dinner at Midtown grill on our first night - the meat dishes were superb coupled with a red wine. Staff made this evening very special as the kitchen was almost closing.

The swankiest hotel we've been to. Very modern. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant/bar/lounge area. Room was great with all amenities. Perfect location. Will definitely return. Breakfast was amazing.

Incredible staff. Svet was super kind and attentive. When we get back to Ghent we will certainly book on the same property.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very modern and comfortable, check in/out was easy, luggage storage was available, and the location was easily walkable to the train and main centre.

Location is absolutely perfect it is located 5 minutes walking distance from anything in center of Ghent. Very good beds, great terrace. The lovely lady that owns the place also has a very cozy coffee bar downstairs.

The absolute perfect place to stay in this storybook town. The friendliest staff, the warmest and best breakfast buffet and the most wonderful facilities. We especially enjoyed the sauna! Thank you to Mr. Shareef, his wife Ms Katra and all the staff. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, really good room with direct view to the river. Very good bed and pillows. Breakfast was very complete.

This hotel is in the perfect location. The breakfast was excellent, our room had a wonderful view and was very clean. All of the staff were so friendly. Charlie & Rebecca were particularly helpful when our flight home was cancelled and helped arrange further accommodation. Another man (also named Charlie) in the bar was super friendly as were the ladies who ran the breakfast room. Thanks for everything! We loved staying here.

The view of the cathedral from our room was amazing🤍 we had a late check in and the staff guided us for every step. Location is perfect and very close to everywhere. The room was clean and neat

Great location. Easy walk to all the sites. Very quiet, even if the hotel is in the heart of the city. We had a double room (with our 13 year old son) and it was spectacular. Everything was new and clean. Very luxury feel. The staff, escpecially Jane and Robert took care of everything for us.

This hotel is truly special. Attention to detail is astonishing to the extant I rarely ever seen. This is proper 5 star hotel. Location wise , it can’t get any better in Ghent. The shower was in the second floor of my room, which was a nice touch.

Very satisfied from our stay . Staff are kind and friendly and the house is a beauty inside . Beautifull rooms with comfrort beds ,clean bathroom and the location is really really close to city center and lots of store near the area. Definitely a recommendation to anyone visiting Ghent from my side .
