Property info

Located in the core of the village. Minutes and walking distance to the beach And two minutes walking distance to the main sidewalk leading you to restaurants, shops bars, and the pier. We are a Private gated home comprised of 3 separate levels with modern furnished apartments. All levels offer views to the beach. Our 2nd floor apartment offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large family room, full kitchen and dinette. The third floor apartment offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchenette, and large family room. The fourth floor/penthouse offers two bedrooms, kitchen, dinette and a large Deck overlooking the beach/ocean. This fourth floor penthouse is all glass and has views from every angle and every side allowing you to witness every sunrise and sunset. The Home is equipped with an exterior circular staircase to all levels and upon arrival and departure your luggage will be brought up via our elevator. Enjoy walks to the restaurants, shops. We also iff offers offers er boat tours to the Keyes (islands) wheee you can experience snorkelling, seeing the manatees in the lagoon, visit islands and even enjoy a sunset cruise with wine and appi’s.

We are in the heart of the Placencia village amongst a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and local sidewalk items for sale. Minutes from public beach and boats walk/ Pier. Placencia is in the Southern point of Belize. English is the main language and comprised of 50% expats. You will find that everyone is very friendly. As we have come from Canada to create roots here in Belize, our mission is for you to see through our eyes what Belize truly is… Paradise! So much to offer with many excursion options, such as hiking through the jungle, snorkeling, scuba diving and swimming in the warm ocean waters, zip lining, horseback riding, cave tubing, Monkey jungle tour, and so much more to experience and witness.
