A very clean and tidy property. Property is a 2023 (May) new build and neat. Room is ensuite with a private patio where you can have a lovely and nice view of the neighborhood. There is access to a shared kitchen, laundry and living area. Kitchen utensils, toiletries, towels, and laundry detergents are provided.
I am a very neat, clean, respectful, and quiet host. I am professional in hosting my guests and very friendly. I am mostly at my professional work during the week so usually very busy but very responsive to my guests questions. I also like cooking/ making good meals a lot and especially on weekends.
The neighborhood is quiet, neat and has a very beautiful scenery with good walking trails and parks for an awesome relaxation. There's also a one-stop shopping center ( Barrhaven Centre) for all you need! In addition, it is close to some huge shopping malls like the Bayshore Shopping Mall.
