Beautiful hotel, excellent location and very comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location is the best. 99% of sightseeing is in 10-15 minutes by walk. Restaurants and shopping mall are just outside, less then 100meters away.

The hotel was very conveniently located in the central area, surrounded by good restaurants and cafés. The reception staff were welcoming and accommodating.

Best staff ever !! very clean central location for shopping .

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient.

Location, room was large, clean beautiful highly recommend

Our room was clean, functional, and had everything you need. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure you have a pleasant stay. They offer fresh and good coffee in the morning. It was a pleasure staying here for the weekend.

The room was very huge, staff was very nice and helpful.

Clean and mordern. Nice decor. Location is perfect.

Everything was perfect. The location is central and still included parking, which I didn't expect, so that was great. I also like that it was quiet and private, something that I wanted for this stay. I wanted to avoid lots of loud tourists. And all the staff were kind and super helpful. Thank you!

Great value for money, considering: —Great location —Clean, quiet room —Friendly reception and breakfast room staff —Good breakfast variety and taste —Good amenities and facilities (we used the ice machine)

Great location, spacious suite, friendly staff

It was a few minutes walk from Byward Market where you find small restaurants and really fun to explore around, and yet so quiet. There are coffee and tea, boiler, fridge and microwave. There was always someone at the reception till late in the evening which is becoming rare. The public parking was just next door offering excellent price for week-end.

The room is clean, the location is perfect. the hotel is sparkling clean. If for any reason I am in Ottawa again I will still book this hotel.

We loved our stay here. The room is clean and staff are very friendly. Location is near to the famous destinations. Everything is at a walkable distance. Coffee and extra towels, soap are provided and you can just pick it up from the shelf.

We love the location situated very close to the Canadian parliament building and other sights downtown Ottawa. We also love the boutique style of this hotel and very comfortable beds.

Lovely big room, we received an upgrade to a room with a terrace. Having washing machine and dryer were handy, and a functional kitchen.

Friendly staff Very good food

The location is central, walking distance from all the attractions. The rooms are very chic and very clean. Despite the problem with booking.com reservation, the hotel fix our problem and accomodate us. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel that you go to a friend, not to a hotel. Thank you very much! you are the best!

Hotel was superb! Massive rooms, good location and good breakfast
