We were there only for a stopover. Cornwall was more attractive than we expected. Downtown area was clean and well laid out. Water front was particularly attractive and an excellent area for walking and cycling.

CORNWALL HAS CHARACTER . I ENJOYED THE RIB FESTIVAL . I DIDN'T SEE THE PRISON IT WAS CLOSED SINCE THE PANDEMIC . I DIDN'T STAY LONG ENOUGH TO SEE ALL I WANTED TO SEE BUT I WILL GO BACK . ONE THING IS VERY GOOD IS "PIZZA" JUST LIKE A LOVE IT OLD FASHION FULL OF CONDIMENT AND LOTS OF CHEESE YUMMMY.

I liked the ease of the location.
I liked the ease of the location. I did not like that the pictures in the booking were nothing like what was really there. No hot water and no breakfast as is indicated in the reservation. The room was ok but certainly not as it was in the site.

Our trip was for our parents internment in the family...
Our trip was for our parents internment in the family Cemetery .We did not have alot of time for sightseeing this time but we have certainly seen all the sights over the years, We have been coming here for a number of years and we are always very pleased with the staff and the food. Rooms are very nice and the beds are always comfortable. Always a great time !

I was just stopping over.
I was just stopping over. They have an old jail that I wanted to visit, but was closed due to the pandemic and reno work. Seemed like a very old town. I didn't have the time to go around the city, but by the vibe of it... seemed a bit too laid back for me. I wouldn't stay there for a vacation. Maybe just a stop over.

I felt people in Cornwall, to be quite friendly and approchable. The area around the parks in downtown is beautiful! Public transportation is good and eficient, as I was not driving, but arrived by Via rail trains.

Breakfast could have been better since we were provided with cold egg sandwich that we had to heat in the microwave. I am not sure if this is a typical breakfast for Super 8s but I was expecting something more fresh and warm as a breakfast. But whatever we had was not bad, just it could be better.
