Amazing swimming pool with several pools suitable for all ages and abilities, including an outdoor thermal bath with jacuzzis. The ice rink was up when we were there, lots of nearby cafes and pubs. Lovely riverside walks and great playpark/animal centre between Saanen and Gstaad. Many train and bus connections. Several gondolas up to mountain restaurants and views and walks.
Coop cafe is good and relatively cheap for budget conscious travellers.

One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland.
One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland. Almost all the houses are in chalet style, which gives the place a special charm. Lots of walking possibilities, also for seniors, and there are many lifts up the mountains.

Hiking and taking a lift to the top of the mountains was absolutely incredible. Very good signs made hiking between towns in the area simple and very rewarding views. Food in all towns was very very good, maybe best meal we had in the country.
the hotel is very clean and has a modern style interior, everything was up to date , location although not in gstaad but was nice and quiet, the room was looking the mountain and train station , all room amenities was great , we didn’t think that the designer forgot one thing of the guest needs to be there . it was amazing.
and regarding the staff I really think they deserve 10/10 for their welcoming attitude and smiling faces all day and night , always will to help .
room service was also very quick.
The breakfast was great. The dinner - a 5 course menu - was equally delicious. I loved that they also had lunch (soup/salad) included and cake in the afternoon. You could hang out in the comfy chairs in the lobby, have a pot of tea or coffee and read in front of the fire place or enjoy the views in the heated outside pool. The rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the live musicians were amazing. One of the best hotels I've ever been to!
Very cozy, beautiful art on walls, comfy sitting areas, great rooms, very helpful staff, big thanks to Luigi from reception, he found as a great restaurant in Gstaad Palace, although the restaurant at the hotel is a Michelin class for sure, it just was closed on monday, nice sigar room and amazing views, many thanks everyone!
The location is great, the hotel is about 3 minutes away from the ski-lift.
The hotel is clean and our room was pretty. Concerning the breakfast: Good selection. The bread was excellent. The hotel also managed to serve us gluten-free bread.
The location is very good being 15 mins walk from Gstaad centre and 1 mins from ski lifts. The hotel rooms were spacious, they had all the amenities. An exclusive 1 hours slot use of the sauna room. Breakfast was good and dinner menu too.
Beautiful room with fantastic views. Excellent facilities in the studio room (induction hob, fridge, en suite) Host was very accommodating, friendly and helpful (thank you!). Great location with a bus stop into Gstaad on the doorstop.
