Great location. Breakfast pastries could be better. Oatmeal/milk too mushy. Sadly those are the things I usually have for breakfast.

Amazing swimming pool with several pools suitable for all ages and abilities, including an outdoor thermal bath with jacuzzis. The ice rink was up when we were there, lots of nearby cafes and pubs. Lovely riverside walks and great playpark/animal centre between Saanen and Gstaad. Many train and bus connections. Several gondolas up to mountain restaurants and views and walks.
Coop cafe is good and relatively cheap for budget conscious travellers.

Was a nice hotel in good location and proximity to most of local attractions. The only problem was, we were not offered the same room we booked and the staff claimed the information on booking is not right.

One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland.
One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland. Almost all the houses are in chalet style, which gives the place a special charm. Lots of walking possibilities, also for seniors, and there are many lifts up the mountains.

Hiking and taking a lift to the top of the mountains was absolutely incredible. Very good signs made hiking between towns in the area simple and very rewarding views. Food in all towns was very very good, maybe best meal we had in the country.
Very nice studio equipped with everything that was needed. The terrace has a nice view of the mountains. The hosts were very welcoming. The chalet seems to be new and is very clean. The slopes for skiing were closed, but we could ski in the slopes from the nearby stations. We used a car, so it was very convenient, but there is also a bus station right in front of the property. However, buses circulate only once per hour until 7-8 PM. There is also private parking. We had a very nice stay close to Gstaad.
Modern classy decorated hotel. once u get back from skiing you don’t need to leave the hotel because everything is available inside: thousand of drinks in the bar with nice music and good atmosphere. The food is really good and u can have fondue anytime. i appreciated the fact that u can rent the skis inside the hotel with reasonable price.
l like everything in hotel. they have a car pick you up from train station of Gstaad to hotel for free with out any pay . The view was amazing in family room, the bathroom was very good, the staff was friendly and always smiling, everything was very good. And I classify this hotel as a five star hotel. Thank you for everything
Location: Far from the noise of the city center but 5 minutes drive and they offer free shuttle service.
Spa: One word; Amazing!
Service: Prompt.
Staff: friendly and always available.
View: Honestly not the best but still beautiful.
Overall: it was one of the most special hotel experiences in Switzerland !
The room size was good and the balcony as well, had a wonderful view over the Saanen and Gstaad. The water kettle was provided in the room so we were able to make some tea (provide by hotel) and coffee (we brought ourselves). It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the mountains.
Excellent and family owned mountain boutique hotel with eye for details and traditions and exceptional hospitality and food and service! Absolutely amazing 😍. Best Xmas and Xmas dinner ever ♥️. We will come back - thanks to the amazing staff and happy 2024!
The location was good with river flowing by the property, break fast was good too. The staff was super friendly. Special shout out to the restaurant staff Fidel who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Im sure i'll book this hotel again when i visit Gstaad.
Not for partiers. A great place to take in major Switzerland views! Our hostess was outstanding; explaining everything to insure we had a great stay. Wish I had reserved for more days!
Room was lovely with amazing view, breakfast was ample and we really appreciated the omelet makers, the spa was lovely, and we had a fantastic guided ski tour provided by the hotel.
