Dear guests, After some renovation works, I re-open my beautiful and charming apartment for guests that want to experience a stay in nature. Chalet Panorama is quietly and privately located at 1700m in the farmer village Gasenried, ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. It is the best starting point for the Bordier hut and the famous Europaweg. You reach Zermatt, Saas Fee and Randa (longest suspension bridge !) within 1 hr. A shop, a restaurant and a busstop are nearby. The apartment offers panoramic views; the backyard includes the Riedgletcher, the Nadelhorn, Weisshorn and Bietschhorn. Private parking, wifi, and 2 mountainbikes available. The apartment (downpart of the Chalet) is clean, the beds are good quality and all needs, including facilities for kids, are available. The beautiful location, the spectacular views and the many relax- and sportive options make this place a ‘once in a life time’ experience ! Looking forward hosting you !
Dear guest(s), My name is Marieke and I live and work in NL. I love the Swiss mountains and enjoy the quietness. Every couple of weeks I travel to our beautiful Chalet Panorama to enjoy nature and to host guests. I hope you will enjoy your stay in Gasenried as much as I do.
Dear guest(s), Please realize that this lovely place in nature (45 min. from the railway station) is NOT ideal (and not meant) for guests that travel with heavy and big suitcases, expect luxury and only want to use the place as a stopover for Zermatt. This place is ideal for guests that enjoy the beauty of the Riedgletscher, the peaks of 4000m, the forest,the cows, sheep, donkeys, alpacas, the hardworking farmers and the silence.
