The metal shower curtain bar fell on my head while.showering. When I reported this to reception, the guy on duty laughed. I asked for another room due to traffic noise all night. They had no other room so received a refund for second.night. There was also a fridge which didn't cool drinks at all and a tiny balcony overlooking the supermarket next door. There are other hotels in other towns along the lake ....SusanUnited Kingdom

We could get the Tessin card (Oubkic tranport card) before the official Check in time. Hotel is just far enough away from a trainstation, that there is no noise from the trains, but near enough that it is very convinient to go explore Tessin with public transport. Hotel is very clean
