## The space The apartment is located on the topfloor of a quiet building in the heart of Verbier (no lift). It is composed of a living room with fireplace, dining area opening onto a small balcony, a double bedroom (140cm bed), a bedroom with 2 single beds, an equipped kitchen and a shower room-WC. A parking space and a ski cabinet are available. ## Rules Pets are not accepted. Parties are not accepted. Tenants must accept the house rules, specifically that no noise should be made between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., and stick to them. ## Guest access Access to the whole apartment with a parking space and a ski cabinet. ## Guest interaction We are at your disposal in case of problems at any time. Practical information about the apartment and the resort in general will be sent to you before your arrival. ## Other things to note Bedlinen and towels are included in the rental price.

## The neighborhood The building is located in the centre of Verbier and 5 minutes walk from the main lifts of Médran. ## Getting around This building is located near the main ski lifts. A line from Verbier to Le Chable, the village where the nearest railway station is located, is available. Free buses run throughout the resort approximately every 15 minutes. The nearest stops are in the central square or in Medran. The postal bus station to the Bagnes valley is also nearby.
