Cozy 4.5-room vacation apartment with wooden paneling on the 1st floor. Entrance with kitchen and view of St. Moritz. Separate toilet. Living/dining room with a covered balcony. A beautiful double bedroom. A renovated bathroom with shower/toilet/bathtub. A bedroom with a bunk bed for two people and a private sink. Another bedroom with two bunk beds. The building has an elevator. There is a limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved). A fitness room for public use is available in the vacation apartment building.

Well-kept holiday apartament house in a prime location in St. Moritz-Bad. The Residenz am See offers you peace and relaxation, combined with a central position.
