It is better than my expectations despite the pricey charge, ideal location, spacious executive room with decent bathroom , impressive view of Han Street and very nice reading table and chair, my husband’s favorite.
Staff are very accommodating and professional, the best service in China, in my opinion.

I am a foreign resident of Wuhan, and as it is such a big city, going for a one-night staycation is popular with foreigners in Wuhan and throughout China. There is plenty to see in Wuhan. The Optics Valley area is developing rapidly and has mixed urban and rural developments for leisure; there are many Taoist and Buddist temples worth visiting and walking around the old Concession area, and walking around the many lakes and riverside trails is popular, especially East Lake. It isn't Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Shenzhen, or Guangzhou, to name a few. Wuhan is a real blend of many well-known China cities. A long weekend is strongly recommended. Covid gave the city a very undeserved reputation but life has moved on come and visit, it'll be worth it.

East Lake is fabulous. I love the green road.
East Lake is fabulous. I love the green road. I biked all day -- no cars on this road. There are many top universities not far from East Lake. On another trip, I visited a famous temple which was quite interesting. I can't speak for the west side of the city. Didn't spend much time there.

I went there for work, i used to live there but, compared to other large Chinese cities, there really isn't very much to see from a tourist perspective. The Yellow Crane Tower, a couple of museums, then what....?

Wuhan as a city is very impressive , But there is a lot to see if you plan your journey properly . i would read up on the area because you do not get much help from the local residents or Taxis .
There is many Provinces within Wuhan .
Please note , if you suffer with chest problems the air quality is like in London on a bad day.
I went in November and the temperature was 25c warm but due to the air quality you did not feel it.

Three very different parts to the city - Wuchang, Hangyan and Hankou. We visited each and really liked Wuchang for the East Lake and leafy green areas. Hangyan features long walks and parks by the Yangtze, which is recommended. Hankou is mostly new commercial areas. Subway system is very clean, very cheap and very efficient and easy to use! probably best way to get around Wuhan!
The location is outstanding along the Yangtze river, in the old British/French/Russian concessions of Wuhan. There is a nice pedestrian area nearby, with a lot of cafes and small shops. From the hotel it is easy to travel by taxi to the main attractions.
If possible, pick a room with a view on the river side, the night light show is fantastic.
The breakfast is really offering a lot of choice, for all tastes.
excellent staff and service! Everyone (concierge, kitchen staff, house keeping ladies, gym front desk etc.) was super friendly and helpful whenever I have questions or needed something. The breakfast was delicious and offers traditional Wuhan food! The room is nice and clean and spacious. The unit had dishwasher and laundry which makes it extra homey and comfortable!
The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Yuejiazui station, which is half an hour away from Wuhan railway station. Convenient for taking then Gaotie. The room is quite large, with a bathtub, and facilities seem pretty extensive. Yuejiazui has some underground malls with restaurants. Not a bad choice for Wuhan.
This hotel is stunningly beautiful. The staff is so nice. The room is very big with an enormous walk-in shower and a beautiful sunken bath. The bed was more than comfortable. The gym was great. I didn't even try the pool, I was so busy enjoying everything. Really loved my stay here.
I didn't stayed in the property nor went to Wuhan because the owner of this apartment tried to scam me.
I get to write a review because Booking not only did not help me, nor blocked the property for scam nor prevented my money being withdrawn from my account so here we are
If not because the staff members were so nice, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 10. The location was great. The staff member gave me a room with good view. The breakfast is good enough with boiled eggs, green vegetable, yogurt, fruits, and hot foods.
Really good value and only 1km from the Fanhu Metro Station by foot. I used both taxi's and walking to access the subway system. The hotel had good WiFi, lift and hot water and the staff were friendly using an English translator to communicate.
The receptionist is good. The room is clean and new. There are no restaurants around the hotel, so you have to walk far. Near the park, can go for a walk. The internet is not very fast and is affected by China's security system.
The decor and atmosphere in the hotel is fabulous! i loved my spa treatment by Echo, she was fantastic! the Fairmont Gold Executive lounge was great- fantastic service my Inna and all the women! I felt comfortable and at home 😌
The breakfast was great and the afternoon tea was nice as well. The staff were very attentive and helpful for all of my questions and needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Wuhan!
I stayed for a total of five days. During the first three days, I had a positive experience with the front desk staff and the hotel manager, who were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable.
It was a nice hotel at the river side and close to Wuhan Bridge.
All staff were polite and helpful during checking in and out. Also like the location near Hanyang Street and Huanghelou.
