The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.

The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Jame at the Concierge. He helped me to sort out my flight issue during the stay and he was very patient. There is a lady duty manager who can speak English, is very helpful and friendly too.
The hotel got a very good view of Yangtze River.

It was comfortable and enjoyed the bath and time in the room looking at the view. The staff were helpful and friendly being great. Plenty of water amenities were good. The breakfast and buffet dinner was very good having a great variety for us as Westerners.
